Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are already enrolled in a related study called the LEADS (Longitudinal Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease) study, and have been confirmed through that study to have early-onset Alzheimer's disease with amyloid present in the brain
- You were between 40 and 64 years old when you joined the LEADS study
- You are fluent in English
- You are in generally good health and do not have another neurological (brain or nerve) condition
- You have a family member, friend, or caregiver who knows you well and can provide information about you
- At the time you joined the LEADS study, your thinking and memory abilities were rated as mildly affected using a standard assessment tool called the Clinical Dementia Rating scale (score of 0.5 to 1.0)
- You have adequate vision, hearing, understanding, and hand coordination to take part in the study's tests and training activities
Who may not be able to join:
- You have access to the internet (for example, at home, through family, or at a public library) for fewer than 4 hours per week
