Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 20 and 80 years old

- You are scheduled for a planned brain surgery (craniotomy) for a primary ovarian tumor under general anesthesia
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a serious mental health condition
- You have poor liver function
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding

- You have had an allergic reaction to any of the medications used in this study
- Your surgery is not specifically for primary ovarian cancer
- You are having a type of surgery to examine ovarian cancer tissue samples (confirm with trial site)
- Your medical records are incomplete

- You are receiving treatment for another type of cancer alongside your ovarian cancer
- You are receiving palliative (comfort-focused) care after ovarian cancer surgery
- The specific anesthetic drugs propofol or sevoflurane cannot be used during your surgery
- Multiple additional anesthetic medications (such as ketamine or dexmedetomidine) are needed during your surgery
- Your tumor has been confirmed as non-cancerous (benign) before or after surgery
- Your ovarian tumor has spread from another part of the body to the ovary (it is not originally from the ovary)
