Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are able to understand and are willing to sign a written consent form agreeing to participate

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have another type of cancer or a serious unrelated medical condition
  • People who are currently participating in another clinical drug trial, or receiving gene therapy or cell therapy
  • People who have an active infection that is not under control
  • People who have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
  • People who have HIV
  • People who are currently taking immune-suppressing medications or steroid tablets or injections (not including inhaled steroids)
  • People who have a serious heart condition or a history of severe stroke or other major brain blood vessel disease
  • People who have a condition present from birth that affects the immune system, or a condition affecting bone marrow function
  • People who have an active autoimmune disease (such as connective tissue disease, eye inflammation, inflammatory bowel disease, or multiple sclerosis), or a history of severe autoimmune disease that required long-term immune-suppressing treatment
  • People who have another active health condition that, in the treating doctor's judgement, would significantly raise the risk of serious complications from this treatment
