Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women between 18 and 72 years of age
- People who have been diagnosed with localised breast cancer of any type, and who have either finished their main treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy) within the last 15 months, or are still undergoing hormone therapy, or are nearing the end of their Herceptin treatment
- People who speak French
- People who are covered by the French Social Security system or a similar health insurance arrangement
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a cancer diagnosis other than breast cancer, or whose breast cancer has come back or spread to other parts of the body
- People whose doctor has advised against exercise for medical reasons (a medical certificate confirming that physical activity is not medically contraindicated will be required)
- People with significant vision, hearing, or behavioural difficulties that would make it hard to take part in group physical activity sessions
- People who have plans to move away from the area where the trial is based
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial
- People who are male
