Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 to 75 years old, of any gender

• People who have previously been treated with two specific types of cancer medicines called rituximab and anthracyclines
• People who have at least one area of disease that is large enough to be measured on a scan (lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or other site larger than 1.0 cm, with activity visible on a PET-CT scan)
• People whose blood counts and organ function meet certain minimum levels — including neutrophils, platelets, kidney function, liver function, and heart pumping strength (confirm exact values with trial site)
• People who are able to understand the trial and are willing to sign a consent form
• People who are capable of having children and are willing to use contraception during the trial
• People who, in the treating doctor's judgment, are expected to live for at least 4 months

• People who have a history of other cancers (besides DLBCL)
• People who have had a stem cell transplant within the past 6 weeks

• People who have previously received any commercially available PD-1 monoclonal antibody treatment
• People who have received certain cancer-fighting drugs, steroids, or other targeted treatments within 2 weeks before the cell collection stage of the trial
• People with active autoimmune diseases (conditions where the immune system attacks the body)
• People with active bacterial or fungal infections that are not under control
• People with HIV, syphilis, active hepatitis B (with virus levels above a certain amount), or active hepatitis C with abnormal liver function
• People who are known to have lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord
