• People who have had hip or knee surgery, or an acute meniscus or anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear, in the past six months

• People with a serious mental health condition or behavioural concerns that would make participating in group exercise difficult
• People with a terminal illness
• People with motor neuron disease (a condition affecting the nerves that control movement)
• People with severely impaired hearing, vision, or speech
• People who do not speak English
• People who are currently taking part in another study focused on osteoarthritis, exercise, or lifestyle change
• People whose doctor or the study team determines that another health condition would make participation unsafe or unsuitable
• People who have not had a primary care physician visit in the past 12 months
• People who are pregnant
• People who do not have sufficient internet access to take part in online group video sessions
