Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older
• People who are highly suspected of having prostate cancer based on one or more of the following: a notable rise in their PSA blood test results over time (specific thresholds apply depending on their PSA level); a close family member (parent, sibling, or child) who has had prostate cancer; or a prostate MRI scan that returned a score of 3 or higher on a standard rating scale called PI-RADS
• People who have already been diagnosed with prostate cancer through a biopsy or surgical tissue sample

• People who are able to complete the study examinations independently
• People who are willing to take part and have signed a consent form

• People with serious liver or kidney problems
• People for whom it may not be possible to obtain tissue test results or who cannot be followed up over a longer period of time
• People whose relevant past scan images or medical records are not available
• People who would have difficulty cooperating with the study requirements
