Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Children who are older than 2 years and younger than 16 years old, with no genetic conditions

  • Children who have a known medical reason why all methods of delivering FMT (a treatment using donated stool) cannot be used — this includes nasal tube feeding, camera procedures of the upper digestive tract, bowel camera procedures, enemas, and capsule methods
  • Children or families who are unwilling to provide consent to participate in the trial
