Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been newly diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called T-lineage lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) at Stage II, III, or IV
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have Down syndrome or a condition that causes the immune system to not work properly from birth
- People whose T-LBL has a specific genetic marker known as "Ph+" (Philadelphia chromosome-positive) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have already received any chemotherapy treatment for this condition
- People who received certain steroid medications (such as prednisone or methylprednisolone) for more than 5 days within the 7 days before starting treatment, or for more than 14 days within the 28 days before starting treatment — note that steroid use more than 28 days before starting treatment is generally permitted, and steroid inhalers or creams applied to the skin are not counted; a single dose of a medication called vincristine is also permitted
