Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have previously had prostate cancer treatment, including radiation therapy, brachytherapy, or prostate cryoablation (freezing treatment)
• People who have a major neurological condition such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, ALS (motor neurone disease), or a spinal cord injury
• People whose bladder does not function normally due to nerve-related causes, as confirmed by specialised bladder tests
• People who have had a urinary catheter in place or have been using intermittent catheterisation in the 30 days before joining the trial
• People who currently have a urinary tract infection confirmed by urine culture testing
• People whose score on a sexual health questionnaire (SHIM) falls below 14, indicating significant sexual health difficulties (confirm with trial site)
• People whose urinary symptom score (IPSS) is above 23, indicating severe urinary problems (confirm with trial site)
• People who currently have acute prostatitis (sudden inflammation of the prostate)
• People who have visible blood in their urine that does not have a known explanation
• People with a history of bowel cancer that required surgical removal of part of the rectum
• People with a history of pelvic radiation therapy or major pelvic surgery

• People who have a diagnosed or suspected bleeding or clotting disorder, such as haemophilia, ITP, or TTP
• People who cannot safely receive local anaesthesia for medical reasons
