  • You have certain serious heart or lung conditions that make exercise testing unsafe, including a very recent heart attack, unstable chest pain, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, repeated fainting episodes, active heart or lung infections, severe heart valve problems, uncontrolled heart failure, a recent blood clot in the lungs, blood clots in the legs, a suspected tear in a major blood vessel, uncontrolled asthma, fluid in the lungs, breathing failure, low blood oxygen levels at rest, or other active conditions that could be made worse by exercise (confirm with trial site)
  • You have any other health condition or illness that the study doctor believes would make participation unsafe or unsuitable for you
