Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease (CD) or plaque psoriasis (PsO)
- People whose condition has not responded well to standard treatments
- People with currently active disease — for Crohn's disease, this means moderate or higher disease activity based on recognised scoring tools, or a stool test result above a certain level (faecal calprotectin above 200 ug/g); for psoriasis, this means a skin severity score of 10 or higher (PASI ≥ 10), or active disease confirmed by a dermatologist
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who are willing and able to provide written consent to participate

- People whose medical or psychiatric conditions affect their ability to give informed consent, as determined by their treating doctor
- People who have received the medication ustekinumab within the past 15 weeks (exceptions may apply for certain groups within the trial — confirm with trial site)
- People for whom ustekinumab is medically unsuitable or contraindicated
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding; women who could become pregnant will need to provide a negative pregnancy test result before joining
