Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with stage 4 (the most severe stage, also called Group D) COPD, based on GOLD guidelines
• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People who have access to a computer, tablet, or phone with video capability
• People who have an internet connection at home or on their mobile device
• People who live in the city centre of Konya
• People who can understand and speak Turkish well enough to take part in the research
• People who are able to read and write
• People who use an oxygen concentrator machine at home

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are unable to read or write
• People who have been diagnosed with stage 1, 2, or 3 COPD according to GOLD guidelines
• People who have another lung condition in addition to COPD, such as lung cancer or asthma
• People who have a physical and/or mental disability
• People who have a vision impairment or a hearing impairment
• People who are unable to understand or speak Turkish
• People who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or who have had COVID-19 in the past
• People who have a diagnosed psychiatric condition
