Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been receiving medication to lower androgen (male hormone) levels as treatment for prostate cancer for more than 26 weeks.
- People who are fully active or have only minor limitations in daily physical activity (based on a standard health performance scale scored 0 or 1).

Who may not be able to join:
- People who weigh 130 kg or more.

- People who have painful bone metastases (cancer that has spread to the bones) or bones that are at risk of fracturing.
- People with anaemia, meaning their haemoglobin blood level is below 10 g/dL.
- People with a low platelet count (below 50 G/L) in their blood.
- People with reduced kidney function, based on specific blood and urine test results (confirm with trial site).
- People who are planning to travel continuously for more than 4 weeks at any point during the next 52 weeks.
- People whose doctor has determined they have a medical reason that makes physical exercise unsafe, such as a muscle, joint, heart, or neurological condition.
- People for whom the use of a muscle-stimulation device or body composition measurement device would be unsafe — for example, those with an active skin infection, fungal infection, skin inflammation, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, epilepsy, a pacemaker or other active implanted device, or an open wound.
- People who are already doing supervised physical training at a level equal to or higher than the muscle-strengthening programme used in this study.
- People who are under legal guardianship, court-appointed protection, or any form of restricted liberty.
- People who are currently participating in another research study, or who are within an exclusion period following a previous research study.
