  • People who have had a rise in PSA (two separate readings above 0.2 ng/ml, taken at least 2 weeks apart) after surgery, but where standard imaging scans (bone scan and CT/MRI) have not shown any cancer returning locally or spreading to other parts of the body

  • People with a history of seizures, or a known condition that may increase the risk of seizures
  • People who have had serious heart or blood vessel problems — such as a heart attack, severe chest pain, heart failure, a blood clot (including pulmonary embolism), stroke, or significant heart rhythm problems — within the 6 months before joining
  • People with an active ongoing infection such as HIV or viral hepatitis
  • People who have any other serious or uncontrolled health condition that the trial doctor considers would make participation unsuitable
