Who might be able to join this trial:

- You have brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) that are causing symptoms, have not been treated, or are getting worse, especially if you need steroids or other medications to manage symptoms
- You have had a serious heart condition in the last 6 months, such as heart failure, angina, a heart attack, or irregular heart rhythms
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years (except for certain fully cured skin cancers or a specific type of non-invasive cervical condition)
