Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have cancer cells confirmed in their underarm (axillary) lymph nodes through a laboratory test of a cell sample
- People who have at least 4 suspicious lymph nodes visible in their underarm area on an ultrasound scan at the time of diagnosis
- People with an extensive form of breast cancer (T4 stage) where removal of underarm lymph nodes is recommended based on current medical guidelines (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose imaging tests show a more advanced level of lymph node involvement known as cN3
- People whose lymph node involvement is in the internal mammary nodes (nodes near the breastbone) rather than the underarm area, classified as N2b
- People whose breast cancer type is classified as "Luminal A" based on molecular testing
- People who are receiving hormone-based therapy before surgery (called neoadjuvant endocrine therapy) rather than chemotherapy
- People who have a return of cancer in the same area (local recurrence) or cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic cancer)
