Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman aged 20 years or older at the time of signing the consent form
- Your breast cancer has been confirmed by a lab test (from a tissue or cell sample) and is hormone receptor positive (estrogen and/or progesterone receptor positive, with estrogen receptor showing more than 10% on a specific staining test) and HER2 negative (confirm with trial site for exact test results)
- Your breast cancer is at Stage II or Stage III
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs are working well enough to participate (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are able to become pregnant but are not using a highly effective form of birth control during the study and for 12 months after finishing the study medication
- You currently have an active serious infection, have AIDS, or tested positive for HIV during the screening process
- You have another illness or condition that could interfere with your ability to take part in or follow the study procedures (confirm with trial site)
