Who might be able to join this trial:

• Women aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with a type of ovarian cancer called primary epithelial ovarian cancer, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue.
• People whose cancer cannot be treated with surgery first and who need chemotherapy before surgery is considered.
• People whose cancer is a specific type called high-grade or low-grade serous ovarian cancer.
• People whose cancer is at a particular stage (FIGO stage IIIb, IIIc, IVa, or IVb), where any lymph nodes above the diaphragm or in the groin area are no larger than 1 cm.
• People whose cancer has spread widely within the abdomen.
• People who are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for themselves (a standard health rating scale score of 0 or 1).
• People whose blood counts, kidney function, and liver function all fall within certain acceptable ranges (confirm specific values with trial site).
• People who are expected to be able to attend all required follow-up appointments.
• People who are post-menopausal (either through natural cessation of periods for at least one year after stopping hormone treatments, or through surgical removal of both ovaries or the uterus), or people who are not able to become pregnant, or people of childbearing potential who have a negative pregnancy test within 28 days before starting treatment.
• People who are able and willing to provide informed consent to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose ovarian cancer has come back after previous treatment.
• People whose ovarian cancer is a type other than high-grade serous, such as endometrioid, mucinous, clear cell, or carcinosarcoma.
• People who are unable or unwilling to undergo standard chemotherapy and interval surgery.
• People whose cancer is at FIGO stage I–IIb, IIIa, or IVb with spread to the liver, spleen, or lungs, or with lymph nodes above the diaphragm or in the groin larger than 1 cm.
• People with a history of a second cancer, except for certain skin cancers treated successfully, cervical cancer treated more than 5 years ago, or early-stage breast cancer treated more than 10 years ago.
• People with a serious medical condition that could make the study's vaccination treatment unsafe.
• People with significant heart failure (a standard heart failure rating of class III or IV).
• People with any uncontrolled health condition, including mental health or social conditions, that could interfere with taking part.
• People who are unable to have a tumour biopsy (a small tissue sample taken for testing).
• People who are pregnant, or people who could become pregnant and are not using adequate contraception.
• People with an active infection of Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis.
• People with other serious active infections.
• People with a known allergy to shellfish.
• People with an autoimmune disease (except for a skin condition called vitiligo, which is permitted).
• People who have previously received an organ transplant.
• People who are on long-term treatment with systemic immune-suppressing medications at doses above a certain level (confirm specific threshold with trial site).
