Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form.
- People who have been diagnosed (confirmed by tissue testing) with one of the following blood cancers that has come back or stopped responding to treatment: Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL), Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), Follicular Lymphoma (FL), a specific type of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (non-GCB DLBCL), Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL), or Waldenström Macroglobulinemia (WM).
- People who have already been through at least 2 previous treatments for their cancer, or for whom the treating doctor believes no other available treatments would provide meaningful benefit, or who are unable to tolerate or have chosen not to pursue standard treatments.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have recently received certain cancer treatments — including targeted cancer medicines (within roughly the past two weeks), chemotherapy (within 14 days), radiation therapy (within 14 days), antibody-based treatments (within 28 days), certain antibody-drug therapies (within 12 weeks), CAR-T cell therapy (within 3 months), or a stem cell transplant (within 100 days).
- People with DLBCL who have ever received CAR-T cell therapy are not eligible, regardless of timing.
- People who have had a stem cell transplant and are still experiencing or being treated for a complication called graft-versus-host disease.
- People who have a history of lymphoma or leukemia that spread to the brain or spinal cord, unless it has been in remission for at least 2 years.
- People who have had active bleeding in the 2 months before joining the trial, or who the treating doctor considers to be at increased risk of bleeding.
