Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 15 to 30 years, of any sex
- People identified using a specific clinical assessment tool (called CAARMS) as either at high risk of developing psychosis, or within the first year after a first episode of psychosis diagnosis and care
- People who are able to provide written, informed consent to participate
- People who have regular health insurance coverage
Who may not be able to join:
- People with serious medical conditions that are not yet stable or controlled
- People who do not have a sufficient ability to read or communicate in French
- People who are currently taking part in another intervention trial or a full cognitive rehabilitation programme
- People who are currently hospitalised under enforced (involuntary) conditions
- People with an intellectual disability (IQ below 70) or sensory or motor difficulties that would make cognitive training activities not possible
- People who have previously had a treated episode of psychosis, or have a long-standing diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder prior to the 12-month window specified in the inclusion criteria
- People currently experiencing severe depression (confirmed with a specific rating scale score above 34, if there is doubt)
- People who have been taking antipsychotic medications at treatment-level doses for more than 12 months
- People currently taking benzodiazepine medications at a daily dose equivalent to more than 30mg of diazepam
- People who currently use substances (other than nicotine and alcohol) on a daily basis at an amount greater than the equivalent of 5 cannabis cigarettes per day, and/or people meeting criteria for a severe substance use disorder (other than nicotine) within the past 6 months or for more than 5 years
- People who are pregnant, recently given birth, or currently breastfeeding
- People whose freedom is restricted by a legal or administrative order, or who are under involuntary psychiatric care under specific French public health law provisions
- Adults who are under a legal protection measure or who are not able to give consent on their own behalf
