Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have scored between 14 and 24 on a standard memory and thinking test called the Mini Mental State Exam (MMSE)

Who may not be able to join:
- You have another medical, neurological, or psychiatric condition (other than Alzheimer's) that could explain your memory or thinking problems, such as a history of stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, alcohol-related dementia, or a current episode of major depression
- You have had certain gut or digestive conditions in the past 5 years, including inflammatory bowel disease (such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease), a gastrointestinal bleed, or peptic ulcer disease (confirm with trial site if your condition is considered inactive/in remission)
- You have had significant reflux disease (such as Barrett's oesophagus), severe acid reflux not well controlled by medication, or related complications within the last 5 years
- You have had irritable bowel syndrome, diverticular disease, or chronic gastritis with an acute flare-up within the past year
- You have a history of food intolerance, food allergy, or a tendency to react badly to a variety of foods with stomach upset
- You have received certain Alzheimer's treatments that target amyloid or tau proteins in the brain (such as lecanemab or donanemab) within the 6 months before screening
