Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years of age or older and have been diagnosed with open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure (called ocular hypertension)
  • You are currently using no more than 2 eye drop medications to lower the pressure in your eyes
  • Your eye condition has been stable over the past year, with no worsening of eye pressure, changes to the optic nerve, or changes to your vision or nerve fiber layer

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a type of glaucoma other than open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, or you have another disease affecting your retina
  • Your eye condition has gotten worse in the past year, including increased eye pressure, changes to the optic nerve, or changes to your visual field
  • You are currently using more than 2 medications to lower your eye pressure
  • You have had surgery or laser treatment on your eyes to lower eye pressure, unless it was a specific type of laser treatment called SLT, which must have been completed at least 6 months before the start of the study
