Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed a written consent form before registering for the trial
- People aged 18 years or older
- People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy or tissue testing to be a type called adenocarcinoma
- People with prostate cancer who are currently receiving hormone-blocking therapy (ADT) alone, or hormone-blocking therapy combined with one of these medications: abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide

- People whose treating doctor considers it safe and practical to continue their current cancer treatment during the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People currently receiving chemotherapy drugs docetaxel or cabazitaxel, radioactive treatments, or any other experimental treatments
- People whose cancer is showing signs of spreading, either physically or on imaging scans
- People with bone metastases (cancer that has spread to the bones) where physical exercise would not be safe
- People with a previously confirmed diagnosis of severe osteoporosis or other bone diseases, particularly with a history of fractures
- People with significant heart conditions, including: a heart attack within the past 6 months, uncontrolled chest pain within the past 3 months, serious heart failure, a significant history of irregular heart rhythms, or blood pressure that is too high (systolic above 170 or diastolic above 105 mmHg) at the time of screening
- People with a significant chronic lung disease affecting breathing (confirm with trial site)
- People with any other ongoing illness or health condition that would prevent full participation in the trial
