Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who were between 15 and 25 years old when they were diagnosed with their condition
- People who were previously treated at the Paediatric Hematology and Oncology Institute (IHOPe) and/or the Leon Berard cancer centre (CLB) in the AYA (Adolescents and Young Adults) Department
- People who were treated for a solid tumour or a lymphoma (a type of blood cancer affecting the lymph system)
- People whose cancer has fully responded to treatment and who have completed their end-of-treatment assessment
- People who finished all their treatment, including any ongoing maintenance treatment, less than 2 months ago
- People who are able to understand, read, and write in French
- People who are enrolled in a health insurance plan
- People who have been told about the study and have agreed to take part
- For participants who are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must also have given their consent
Who may not be able to join:
- People who would not be able to attend follow-up appointments for the full 12 months of the study
- People who are currently under a court or government-ordered restriction of liberty
- People who have not agreed to participate, or who are not in a position to give informed consent
