You must be 18 years old or older.
You either tested positive for COVID-19 (by PCR or antigen test) more than 3 months ago, OR you have never had COVID-19 (this second option is for the control group only).
Your breathing tests (lung function tests) must show normal results or only minor abnormalities.
If you are in the post-COVID group, you must have developed new or worsening tiredness, shortness of breath, or difficulty with physical activity after having COVID-19, and the cause of these symptoms is not yet explained.

You are unable to give consent to participate, or you do not speak English.
You are pregnant.

You have a medical reason why breathing/lung function tests would not be safe for you (confirm with trial site).
You have a significant history of heart, lung, kidney, liver, immune system, or muscle/nerve disease — including conditions such as asthma, COPD, certain lung diseases, heart failure, high blood pressure in the lungs, or a previous blood clot in the lungs.
You currently have cancer that is being treated, or you have a history of cancer that affected the lungs.
