Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • For certain parts of this study, you have been diagnosed with a type of slow-growing blood cancer called indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (including CLL/SLL), confirmed through a laboratory test of tissue or cells.

Who may not be able to join:

  • If you are a healthy volunteer (for one specific part of the study), you may not be eligible if you have a known heart or lung condition — such as heart disease, blocked arteries, COPD, or asthma.
  • If you are a healthy volunteer, you may not be eligible if you have a bone, joint, or muscle problem that would prevent you from exercising.
  • If you are a healthy volunteer, you may not be eligible if you are a current or former smoker.
  • If you have indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma and are currently receiving treatment, you must have at least 8 weeks of treatment still planned ahead to be eligible.
  • If you have finished treatment, you must have completed it at least 6 months ago and must not have any treatments planned during the 12-week study period.
  • If you have not yet started treatment, you must not have any treatments scheduled during your time in the study.
  • You may not be eligible if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure or a heart condition, or if your cancer doctor has not approved your participation.
