Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have had a stroke (either a bleed in the brain or a blockage) that has caused weakness on one side of your body
- Your stroke happened either less than 6 months ago (recent/subacute) or more than 6 months ago (long-term/chronic)
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You are able to walk 10 meters on your own without using any walking aids (such as a cane or walker)

- You have received Botulinum toxin (e.g., Botox) injections in your leg within the last 3 months, or have had repeated injections in the lower limb
- You have significant problems with your sense of body position (proprioception), based on a specific assessment score (confirm with trial site)
- You have significant muscle stiffness/spasticity in your calf muscle, rated 2 or above on a standard medical scale (confirm with trial site)
- Your ankle cannot bend upward to at least a 90-degree angle
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
