Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer in one breast only, confirmed by laboratory tissue testing, where the cancer is at an early stage and has not spread to the lymph nodes or other parts of the body (classified as pT1, pN0, M0)
- People whose breast cancer tests positive for a protein called HER2, confirmed by specific laboratory tests following established medical guidelines
- People whose medical records contain complete diagnosis and treatment information
- People who are generally well and able to carry out daily activities with little or no difficulty (rated 0 or 1 on a standard health performance scale)
- People who are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding

- People who are willing to follow the planned treatment schedule, understand what the study involves, and have signed a written consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have breast cancer in both breasts, or whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body
- People who are currently receiving treatment given before surgery (neoadjuvant treatment)
- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 5 years, with the exception of certain already-cured conditions such as early-stage cervical cancer or certain non-serious skin cancers
- People with serious ongoing infections or other severe illnesses
- People with HIV infection, or currently active hepatitis B or C infection
- People with a known allergy or intolerance to the study drug or any of its ingredients
- People who have previously received chemotherapy, hormone therapy, biological therapy, or radiation therapy for any reason
- People who have participated in another clinical trial within 4 weeks before the start of this study
- People who have received a live vaccine within 30 days before the start of this study
- People with a history of mental illness or substance misuse that may make it difficult to follow the trial requirements
- People whom the trial researchers determine are not suitable for the study for other reasons (confirm with trial site)
