Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with mild memory problems (sometimes called Mild Cognitive Impairment, or MCI), supported by biological markers suggesting it may be related to early Alzheimer's disease
- You are between 50 and 80 years old
- English is your first language
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a known physical problem in the brain, such as a brain tumor or a area of brain tissue damaged by a stroke
- You currently have a serious or unstable medical condition, including cancer, heart disease, stroke, or heart failure
- You have an active disorder affecting your blood, kidneys, lungs, hormones, or liver
- You have a history of alcohol or substance abuse lasting more than 10 years that continued up until the time your memory symptoms first appeared
- You have skin sores or wounds on your scalp, or you have a history of seizures (epilepsy), as these may prevent the use of the brain stimulation device used in this trial (confirm with trial site)
