Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women with breast cancer who had breast-conserving surgery using specific reshaping techniques, such as vertical or horizontal breast reduction-style surgery, or procedures that rearrange nearby tissue to fill the space left after tumor removal
- Women with breast cancer who need a full breast removal (mastectomy) and are having immediate breast reconstruction with an implant placed in front of the chest muscle, using surgery that preserves as much skin as possible (with or without keeping the nipple)

Who may not be able to join:
- Women who have an allergy to iodine
