• People who are suspected to have symptomatic osteoarthritis (joint wear and tear) in the ankle, hindfoot, or midfoot area

• People for whom surgery would not be safe or appropriate
• People for whom a SPECT-CT scan or MRI scan would not be safe or appropriate (confirm with trial site)
• People for whom injections into a joint would not be safe or appropriate
• People whose condition affects only the forefoot (the front part of the foot, including the toes)
• People who have had a broken bone, ligament injury, or tendon injury in the ankle, hindfoot, or midfoot within the past year
• People who have a history of neurological disease (a condition affecting the brain, spinal cord, or nerves)
• People who have previously had surgery on the foot or ankle on the affected side
• People who are unable to read and understand the written study information
