Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a gynecological cancer that has spread (metastatic), confirmed through a tissue test (biopsy), regardless of what treatment they have already received
- People in the experimental group whose cancer meets the medical requirements for treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy — a type of cancer treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People in the experimental group whose cancer does not meet the medical requirements for ICI therapy
- People who have previously received any ICI therapy before joining the trial
- People with advanced or metastatic cancer of the uterus lining (endometrial) or cervix who are on their second or later round of treatment and do not have a medical indication for ICI therapy
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who are not well enough to tolerate chemotherapy
