- You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or an infection-related type of arthritis
- You have previously had a full knee replacement surgery
- You have had a specific type of knee surgery called microfracture surgery within the last 10 years (confirm with trial site)
- You have certain blood clotting or platelet level concerns (confirm with trial site)
- You have a known severe allergic reaction to iodine
- Your kidneys are not functioning well enough, based on a blood test taken within the last 60 days
- You are unable to have an MRI scan for any reason
