  • You have previously had a full knee replacement surgery
  • You have had a specific type of knee surgery called microfracture surgery within the last 10 years (confirm with trial site)
  • You have certain blood clotting or platelet level concerns (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a known severe allergic reaction to iodine
  • Your kidneys are not functioning well enough, based on a blood test taken within the last 60 days
  • You are unable to have an MRI scan for any reason
  • You are pregnant
  • The trial team decides for any other reason that participation would not be appropriate for you
