- Men who were on an active monitoring program for prostate cancer and whose cancer has been found to have progressed, and who are now considering switching to a more active treatment

Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People who have difficulty communicating or who have dementia

- Men whose prostate cancer has spread to nearby tissue or to other parts of the body
- Men who have already received treatment for their prostate cancer
