Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been clinically identified as having mild cognitive impairment or early-stage Alzheimer's disease dementia.

- People who are currently taking immunosuppressant medications, immunoglobulins, or monoclonal antibody treatments.
- People who have a bleeding disorder with certain abnormal blood clotting results (confirm specific values with trial site).
- People who are currently taking blood-thinning medications such as warfarin, heparin, or direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs).
- People who are taking two different antiplatelet (anti-clotting) medications at the same time.
- People whose cognitive impairment or dementia is caused by something other than Alzheimer's disease.
- People who carry two copies of the ApoE e4 gene variant (known as ApoE e4 homozygotes).
