Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are generally able to carry out daily activities and care for yourself, with little or no limitation from your illness (this is measured by a standard scoring system called ECOG, scores 0 or 1)
• You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has come back after treatment or has stopped responding to treatment
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you agree to either avoid sexual activity or use contraception during the trial
• If you are a man, you agree to either avoid sexual activity or use a condom during the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously been treated with a drug called cevostamab, or any other drug that targets the same protein (called FcRH5)
• You have previously been treated with a drug called elranatamab
• You have previously had a stem cell transplant using donor cells from another person
• You have a high number of abnormal plasma cells circulating in your blood (confirm with trial site)
• You have been diagnosed with a related blood condition called Waldenström macroglobulinemia or POEMS syndrome
• You have a known history of a condition called amyloidosis, where abnormal proteins build up in organs
• You have a history of an autoimmune disease, where your immune system attacks your own body
• You have a history of a serious brain condition called progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy
• You have significant nerve damage affecting movement in your limbs, above a certain level of severity (confirm with trial site)
• You have a known or suspected long-term infection with CMV or Epstein-Barr virus (two common viruses)
• You have a known history of certain rare conditions where the immune system becomes dangerously overactive, called HLH or MAS (confirm with trial site)
• You currently have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
• You are HIV positive
• Your multiple myeloma has spread to your brain or spinal cord
• You have a serious heart or cardiovascular condition
