Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing and able to give written consent to participate.
• People aged between 18 and 80 years old, of any gender.
• People whose general physical functioning is rated as fully active or restricted only in strenuous activity (as measured by a standard medical scoring system called the ECOG scale, rated 0 or 1).
• People whose doctors expect them to survive for at least 12 weeks.
• People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples to be a type called adenocarcinoma.
• People whose cancer has continued to grow or spread after receiving taxane chemotherapy and at least one previous hormonal therapy treatment.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously been treated with a type of drug called an androgen receptor (AR) degrader.
• People who are planning to receive any other cancer treatment during the course of this trial.
• People who have received another experimental drug or unapproved treatment within the 4 weeks before starting this trial.
• People who are known to have cancer that has spread to the brain.
• People who have a serious medical condition, such as an infection that is not under control, significant abnormal laboratory results, or a psychiatric illness.
