- Your cancer has been diagnosed at the earliest stage (Stage IA according to 2009 staging guidelines)
- Your cancer type has been confirmed by a tissue sample as endometrial adenocarcinoma, graded G1 or G2 (lower-grade, slower-growing types)
- A scan (MRI or ultrasound) shows the cancer is either only in the inner lining of the womb, or has grown into less than half of the womb muscle

- You have a strong wish to preserve your ability to have children in the future
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part

- You have been diagnosed with any other type of cancer alongside this one
- You have a medical reason that means you cannot safely receive conservative (non-surgical) treatment (confirm with trial site)
- You have a medical reason that means you cannot safely take progestin (a hormone-based medication) (confirm with trial site)
- You have a medical reason that means pregnancy would not be safe for you, or the research team considers pregnancy or childbirth to be unsuitable for you
