Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or a related condition on the schizophrenia spectrum
- You have at least one of the following: a diagnosis of diabetes, pre-diabetes shown by two blood tests taken at least 3 months apart, or obesity (a Body Mass Index of 30 or above)
- You are currently taking at least one antipsychotic medication

Who may not be able to join:
- You have been legally declared unable to make decisions for yourself, or you are under a form of compulsory mental health order
- You are not able to speak Danish
