Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 65 years old (any gender)
- You have been newly diagnosed with, or are experiencing a return of, a condition called granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) or microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), confirmed using recognized medical classification standards
- Your condition is currently considered severely active, based on a specific medical definition from 2021
- A particular antibody called PR3-ANCA has been found in your blood, either at the time of diagnosis or at some point during your illness
Who may not be able to join:
- You previously tried a medication called Rituximab but had to stop because of side effects or because your body did not tolerate it
- You have another autoimmune disease in addition to the one being studied

- You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant within the next 2 years
- You have high blood pressure, diabetes, or an active bacterial or fungal infection that is not well controlled
- You have an active hepatitis virus infection or an active tuberculosis-related (mycobacteria) infection

- The trial doctors determine for any other reason that participation would not be appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)
