  • People with severe memory loss, dementia, or severe disability that limits their ability to care for themselves

  • People with severely reduced kidney function, those on kidney dialysis, or those who are waiting for or have received a kidney transplant
  • People who have been diagnosed with or treated for cancer in the past two years

  • People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
