Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 50 years of age or older
- You do not currently have an active infectious disease (such as COVID-19 or any other active infection)
- You have been diagnosed with Long COVID (also called post-acute COVID-19 syndrome, sometimes coded as U09.9)
- You experience moderate to severe fatigue, based on a standard fatigue questionnaire score of 4 or higher (the Brief Fatigue Inventory)
- Your current diet is considered lower quality, based on a short healthy eating survey scoring below 70
Who may not be able to join:
- You need oxygen at home or rely on a machine to help you breathe regularly
- You have diabetes but do not have a recent blood sugar (HbA1c) test result, or your HbA1c level is above 9%
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure that is considered more than "class 2" in severity (confirm with trial site)
- You take blood-thinning medications such as Warfarin, or have other dietary restrictions related to blood clotting
- You have any other health condition that a doctor or the study team believes could put you at risk or affect the study results
- You have high blood pressure that is consistently very high (top number at or above 190, or bottom number at or above 110), or you have recently had a severe blood pressure emergency
- You have food allergies or dietary restrictions that would make it hard to follow the study diet — for example, an allergy to fish or shellfish
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial that involves an active treatment or intervention
- You are currently struggling with drug or alcohol use in a way that might make it difficult to follow the study plan
- You have a surgical procedure planned within the next 6 months
- You have been diagnosed with active cancer
- You have been diagnosed with a liver disease
- You have been diagnosed with a kidney condition, including chronic kidney disease at stage 3 or higher
- You are under 50 years of age
