Who might be able to join this trial:

- People whose atrial fibrillation has been confirmed by a heart rhythm recording, such as a standard ECG, a rhythm strip, an event monitor, a Holter monitor, or an implanted heart rhythm recorder.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are under 18 years of age.
- People for whom there is clinical evidence suggesting death within the next 6 months is possible.
- People who are unable to give informed consent or sign a consent form.
- People who would not be able to attend the research clinic at least once a year for ongoing atrial fibrillation care and check-ups.
