Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with a stroke (either an ischemic stroke, which is caused by a blocked blood vessel, or an intracerebral haemorrhage, which is caused by bleeding in the brain).
- People who are within 6 weeks of their confirmed stroke.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not have a sufficient understanding of English.
- People for whom there are clinical concerns about their ability to follow simple instructions.

- People who do not have the capacity to provide informed consent (that is, people who are not able to formally agree to participate in the trial).
