Who might be able to join this trial:
All participants:
- People who are willing to take part and are able to give their informed agreement before any study procedures begin.
- People who are willing to follow all study procedures and are available for the full duration of the study.
Healthy volunteers:
- People aged 18 or older who are in good general health, as judged by the study doctor.
People with Acne:
- People aged 18 to 45 years old with acne.
People with Atopic Dermatitis (AD):
- People aged 18 or older who have a confirmed diagnosis of active atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema), assessed using a standard set of diagnostic criteria.
People with Chronic Hand Eczema (CHE):
- People aged 18 or older who have had chronic hand eczema for at least 6 months before the screening visit.
People with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS):
- People aged 18 or older who have a confirmed diagnosis of active hidradenitis suppurativa (a long-term skin condition causing painful lumps) lasting at least 6 months before screening.
People with Palmoplantar Pustulosis (PPP):
- People aged 18 or older who have had at least a 6-month history of pustules (small pus-filled spots) on the palms and/or soles of the feet, without signs of infection.
People with Psoriasis:
- People aged 18 or older with psoriasis.
Who may not be able to join:
- Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- People who have a skin disease or skin condition that, in the study doctor's opinion, would interfere with how results are assessed.
