- You are between 18 and 45 years old

- For women with bulimia nervosa only: You have been diagnosed with bulimia nervosa according to standard diagnostic guidelines (DSM-5)

- You work shift shifts (e.g. night shifts or rotating work schedules)

- You are allergic to any ingredient in the study's standard meal, unwilling to eat that meal, or unwilling to drink only water during the required fasting period
- You have any reason why you cannot safely have an fMRI brain scan (confirm with trial site)
