Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 50 and 90 years old (inclusive)
• You have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or mild Alzheimer's dementia, confirmed by a spinal fluid test or a special brain scan that detects amyloid protein

Who may not be able to join:

• You have any reason you cannot safely have an MRI scan (confirm with trial site)
• Your MRI shows certain types of bleeding in the brain, more than 4 tiny bleeds, a known brain aneurysm, or other findings that could be dangerous or explain your symptoms
• You have had a seizure in the past 6 months, or you have a history of epilepsy that has been difficult to control
• You have had a serious, unstable mental health condition in the past 6 months
• You have a history of a bleeding or clotting disorder, or your blood clotting test results are outside safe limits
• Your diabetes is not well controlled (confirm with trial site)
• Your blood pressure is not well controlled
• You have had unstable chest pain, a heart attack, advanced heart failure, or a serious heart rhythm problem within the past year
• You have end-stage kidney disease
