Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have read, understood, and signed a consent form before any study procedures begin

- You are currently known to be pregnant, or become pregnant during the study (confirm with trial site)
- You are unwilling or unable to follow the requirements of the study
- You are a current or former smoker with a significant smoking history of more than 15 pack-years (confirm with trial site)
- You have taken anti-inflammatory painkillers (such as ibuprofen) or opioid medications in the 10 days before joining the study
- (For people with asthma) You have another long-term inflammatory condition in addition to asthma
- (For healthy volunteers) You have any inflammatory condition
- (For healthy volunteers) Your total IgE level (a marker measured in your blood sample) is greater than 100 kU/L (confirm with trial site)
