Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are over 18 years old
- People who are able to understand and voluntarily sign a consent form before the treatment begins
- People who have been medically diagnosed with a stroke (either ischemic, caused by a blocked blood vessel, or hemorrhagic, caused by bleeding in the brain)

- People who have received botulinum toxin type A (commonly known as Botox) injections in the last 3 months
- People who have received dry needling treatment in the last month
- People who have severe cognitive difficulties (serious problems with thinking, memory, or understanding)
- People who have a fear of needles
- People who have a metal allergy
